Dr.Rehm is the medical director of the Diabetic Foot & Wound Treatment Centers in San Diego and El Centro, California and has been in practice for more than twenty-five years. He enjoys lecturing for medical and lay groups across the country, formulated his own line of foot care products and serves as Consulting Editor to Podiatry Management Magazine.
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Dr. Rehm graduated from the California College of Podiatric Medicine in1976. Following a residency program in Foot Surgery at Jacksonville General Hospital he completed a post-doctoral fellowship in Rehabilitative Medicine and Biomechanics with an emphasis on the High Risk, Insensitive and Diabetic Foot at the U.S. Public Health Service Hospital at Gillis W. Long Hansen’s Disease Center in Carville , Louisiana .
